Principia Works is a Namibia-based cybersecurity and open-source intelligence company.
We help people and organisations understand what can be learned from public information, how that information can create risk and what they should do with that knowledge.
Our work combines digital exposure assessment, practical security awareness and analyst-led OSINT research.
Why Principia Works exists.
The internet contains an enormous amount of information about people and organisations. Most of it was never published with a cyberattack in mind.

- A staff profile.
- A photograph.
- A tender.
- A professional update.
- An old email address.
Individually, those details may be harmless.
When someone knows how to connect them, they can form a detailed picture of how a person or organisation operates.
Principia Works was created to help clients see that picture clearly.
We do not believe the answer is to stop participating online. Digital life is part of modern life. The better answer is understanding what information you expose, what it means in context and how to make informed decisions about it.
Capability over fear
People should leave security training more capable than when they entered.
We do not want people afraid to click a link.
We want them to understand what the link is asking them to do.
We do not want people suspicious of every unusual request.
We want them to know which kinds of requests deserve independent verification.
People do not need to become cybersecurity professionals to develop useful security judgement. They need enough understanding to recognise what is happening and know what to do next.
That principle shapes how we teach.
Evidence before assumption
Finding information is not the same as understanding it.
Good OSINT work requires context, verification and restraint.
We are interested in the relationship between pieces of information.
- What does this establish?
- What does it connect to?
- Does another source support it?
- What can reasonably be inferred?
- What would go beyond the evidence?
That analytical process matters more than producing the largest possible collection of search results.
Founder
Teofilus Shaduka
Principia Works was founded by Teofilus Shaduka, a cybersecurity practitioner with practical experience in open-source intelligence, cybersecurity awareness and applied technology.
He is completing a degree in cybersecurity and has completed open-source intelligence training through Security Blue Team.
Teofilus founded Principia Works after becoming increasingly interested in the role public information plays in social engineering, fraud and targeted cyber risk.
He remains directly involved in the company's research methodology, client engagements and development of Principia Intelligence.
